Q: What is Deep Cleaning?
A: Deep Cleaning is a cleaning that involves a thorough and intensive cleaning process that goes beyond regular maintenance. It targets Built-up dirt, grime, and allergens in hard-to-reach areas, ensuring a healthier and more hygienic environment for employees and clients.
Q: What is Normal Cleaning?
A: Normal Cleaning is a cleaning that involves regular, routine tasks to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. It typically includes surface cleaning, trash removal, and floor maintenance to keep ones workspace or home tidy and presentable on a daily basis.
Q: Which cleanings do we recommend?
A: We always recommend to go with a deep cleaning the first time we come and clean, then we can move onto normal cleaning and this is because it lets our cleaners get a feel of having a blank canvas and being able to maintain that from then on out.
Q: What do we do about ovens and fridges?
A: We clean those too! only upon request though and we do charge extra for those, these can range but we can always talk about it in person too!
Q: What about laundry?
A: Unfortunately we don’t do laundry, we can always put your clothes to wash or dry but we don’t fold and it is also considered an extra.
Q: What are extras?
A: Extras are things that our cleaners don’t tackle in your cleaning service every time this can mean like if we only clean half the house and you request your stairs to be cleaned, then that is considered an extra, or cleaning the inside of your oven or fridge, and putting clothes to wash or washing dishes. We do charge for extras and they do range so please talk to your cleaner or reach out if you have any questions!
